1. Q: How many cups of Hibiscus tea can I get from one tin?
→ A: 30 cups! At one cup a day, this powerful tin will last you a month's supply.

2. Q: Why do you sell loose leaf tea and not in bags?
→ A: Single-use tea bags are not only bad for the environment but they also contain harmful chemical toxins due to bleaching - making loose leaf tea overall healthier.

3. Q: Is this tea caffeine-free?
→ A: Absolutely, all of our organic herbal teas are caffeine free. Feel free to enjoy a cup in the morning and right before bed!

4. Q: Are these teas certified organic?
→ A: Yes! All of our organic teas are certified organic by Ecocert.

5. Q: Why are long steeping times important?
→ A: Our herbal blends generally require 5-15 minutes of steeping. This longer steeping time allows for more components in the herbs to be extracted into the tea water.

6. Q: Why am I supposed to cover the cup?
→ A: Using boiling hot water and covering your cup are important to a proper cup of tea. Covering your cup ensures warmer steeping temperatures which help the herbs infuse well, and it helps ensure that the beneficial essential oils are present in your tea.
